Concertare was the principle backer of the landmark development at Bradfords Quay; 85 high quality south-facing town houses and apartments in Wadebridge, Cornwall, finished on time and on budget in September 2016.
Concertare was impressed with the team behind Bradfords Quay and shared their vision, so were delighted to take the position as lead Equity Investor in the £30m project.
