Frobisher House

Concertare were approached with an opportunity to develop and build student accommodation with a supermarket on the site of an old warehouse in Plymouth, some 400 yards from the main campus of Plymouth University. With Concertare’s support, Frobisher House was delivered from concept through to completion in 18 months, ready for students to occupy in September 2013.

The 134 student bedrooms and Sainsbury’s Local were delivered on time and on budget with Plymouth University taking a head lease on all rooms on completion.

Frobisher House was subsequently sold as an investment to BlackRock Capital for £9.4m.
